Research Analyst
Axiometrics provides real estate companies with apartment research to make multi-million dollar investment decisions. This job entails collecting the research via phone, inputting it into the database, and analyzing the collected research. You will be working closely with the full-time staff and your supervisor. Since Axiometrics is a small company, you will have the advantage of working with employees in other disciplines. This position gives the candidate an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment with a company that is growing exponentially.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree required (3.0+ G.P.A.)
  2. Marketing or Business major preferred
  3. Entry to midlevel experience
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Exceptional communication skills
  6. Highly motivated
