Ronald G. Johnsey -- President
Ronald G. Johnsey has over 25 years of experience in the development, financing, marketing, and property management of high-profile commercial and residential properties in major markets in the United States. He has successfully built, acquired, financed, and managed over $1.0 billion of real estate as a developer, lender, and owner during his career.
Mr. Johnsey is a former director and member of the executive and asset management committees of ConCap Equities, Inc. ('CEI'), the general partner of 16 publicly-traded limited partnerships with annual revenues of over $115.0 million and $500.0 million in assets, principally 21,225 apartment units and 3,124,692 sq. ft. of commercial space, located in 23 states. Additionally, Mr. Johnsey was vice president of acquisitions and asset management of an affiliate of Gordon Investment Corporation, a Canadian merchant banking company. He was responsible for the acquisition of 4,316 apartment units and a 50% ownership interest in CEI and the formation and management of its property management company. He has also held senior positions at the Drummond Company, The First National Bank of Chicago, Texas Commerce Bank, The Farb Company, and Dimension Development Company.
Mr. Johnsey received a B.A. from Birmingham Southern College, an M.B.A. from Emory University, and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. He has been active in the Rotary Club, the United Way, the Chamber of Commerce (Chairman of the Legislative Action Committee), the Christian Home for Children, and others.
